Olive oil
Dar Rana is an orchard of naturally grown olive trees whose fruit is harvested each year in autumn, to be candied or pressed.
At the press, the extra-virgin olive oil pressed in November is first extremely aromatic, like a fruit juice, before maturing in the cellar in January.

The farm has vegetable gardens where all kinds of vegetables are grown throughout the year. This allows us to provide guests with seasonal vegetables, which are one of
the core components of the meals we offer. A few fruit trees next to the olive trees complement the vegetables all throughout the year: quinces, pomegranates, clementines, apricots, oranges, medlars...
Small animals, chickens, rabbits and sheep are raised on the farm and also provide part of the food.

Our breakfast is a meal in itself. It is the first contact with the farm's products.
Breakfast is prepared every morning. The cook prepares, depending on the day and your wishes, bread, Moroccan pancakes (msemen and baghrir), eggs in different forms, cut seasonal fruit, goat cheese with black olives, olive oil, squeezed orange juice, dried fruit, seasonal jam and honey... With tea, coffee, milk.
